So, initially I thought not to post this pic because it’s just part of a series of pap shots of Nick outside Joan’s on 3rd appearing to be talking on his phone via mic which is nothing much. But something seemed unusual so I kept looking.
No coffee in hand.      That’s such a rarity.

An article about Nick’s partnership with Smirnoff. This is the second time he has mentioned other investments in a recent interview. I think previously sleuthed business associations may soon be on his reveal agenda. Will be interesting to see how accurately what was sleuthed matches reality.

Interestingly the article is in the finance section rather than the usual entertainment tag.

- spotted leaving Craig's Restaurant in West Hollywood.

Craig’s is known for celebrity spotting so there may be something to this rumor since Nick is adept at keeping his private life out of the spotlight. She is in New York a lot, may live there, and he has been going there with some frequency.

Cute that Nick posted IG vid getting ready for this outing.

Ok but she may just be a friend so I don’t want to put her name out there.
She is well travelled and also appears to travel a lot for work, highly educated, works in a niche market of tech, and has an interest in and tags classic high fashion daywear. Not sure where she lives. She and Nick were both in NY at the same time during his last trip so she may live there or could live in Cali. She is not a public figure. There is possible connection to Andy Levine.  
In the above pic she looks sorta brunette but she is a dark blonde currently reddish. She has the cutest dimples
