Bachelor 23 - Potential Lead - Discussion - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

It’ll be interesting to see how they spin the breakup between Colton and Tia right before he’s named Bachelor IF that’s the case. I’m still hoping he’s not.

Especially since they have Tia saying in the preview "He has to figure himself out because he can't do this to someone else"... Why would anyone believe that he is ready to be the lead and settle down?

That’s just it. They had great choices. Colton is not one of them, IMO. ABC is just proving they don’t care about their own premise with this choice, IMO. Anyone can see Colton can’t make a decision about a date, let alone a wife! JMO

Yeahhhh it's definitely Colton IMO. Perfect timing. 3 hour episode on Monday to show the breakup in all it's glory, then on Tuesday morning he'll come out and talk about how "difficult this journey has been" but he's "finally ready to find love"  I would LOVE if this was all a big red herring, but I doubt it is since that's never been their style. Caila, Luke and Peter all weren't red herrings, they were just dropped last minute. So unless TBTP suddenly change their minds, all the signs are pointing to Colton.

I’d love to hear that Colton is next Bach ... Blake is way to intense for me and Jason is too generic ... don’t think I’d watch either of them.   Lots of my friends who never go on a board, would prefer to watch Colton too.

Right there with you. I've skipped seasons before so it will be easy to do this one as well.

I’ve skipped seasons too ... I think most of us have ... not just on the board but averages viewers too .... “can’t please all of the people all of th time”  

It’s a tv show ... tptb are most concerned with who they think will give them best footage for them to give the audience “ the most dramatic season ever”

Every choice has fans. Mickey Mouse would have supporters, IMO. Many of us were just hoping for someone who was interesting, IMO. A MAN who can navigate through all the choices and say no or yes and mean it. We didn’t get that with Arie so age is not the only factor. Watching Tia work Colton did not give me any confidence that he has the experience, the backbone and the self confidence and savvy to even choose a girlfriend for a month, let alone a mate for life. He’s a manchild, IMO. But, if we’re stuck with Colton, we’re stuck and the ratings will tell the story. JMO

i thought its strange too. .

For some reasons i think its Blake. Partially due to reasonable reasoning from his SM activities, partially wishful thinking.

I am first and foremost team Blake, but if i get pushed over, i am definitely team anyone but Colton... Heck, i would take Benji 2.0 , JPG 2.0,  Nick 4.0 or even Brad 3.0 over him

I will watch no matter who it is.. BUT

If Colton is the Bach and they are going to recycle a Sean Story again.

UGH>> SEAN was my least favourite season by a long shot. I stilled watched but it was painful.

Anything will be better than Sean’s so whatever. It will be my 2nd least favourite.
