I honestly felt bad for Colton last night. I felt like Tia was being very presumptuous and putting a lot of pressure on him. TPTB are definitely giving him a story arch. BiBi was for sure coerced, but I thought it was really a sweet reason for her to give. TPTB are putting a story line out there for him for the public to take interest in.

RS did say that he doesn’t think Colton is in the running for the role and I agree but it seemed like he was auditioning for the role yesterday. I do think Colton is a sensitive person but I don’t think he was that in love with Becca so I don’t know if the tears were because he was overwhelmed with the whole situation.

I thought Colton was edited last night to be a mess and that no woman should come close to him, much less 30 of them. He got no sympathy from me. My impression is he has lived too sheltered of a life and thus got little practical real-life experience.

When did we find out Arie was the bachelor last year? End of August? Doesn’t filming start second or third week of September?

If we are choosing from BIP people. I'd like to see Kenny or Joe or Kevin

These were the past Bach annoucement dates 

• Arie: September 7th
  
• Nick: August 30th
  
• Ben: August 24th
  
• Chris: August 27th

• Sean: September 25th
  
• Ben Flajnik: September 6th
  
• Brad Womack: September 26th
  

And the seasons usually start filming around September 20th-25th.

So, unfortunately, we're probably still a few weeks away from anything happening!

I'm not criticizing the fact that she went there - if you read my post the issue is I hope she does not torture him on camera for an extended period of time since that is exactly what was done to her and IMO she knows what it feels like. I will lose respect for her if she does that because she definitely knows better and she's the flavor of the month so, she has options. She looks pretty gleeful so, we'll see. JMO

Who on EARTH wants to see this poor child/Baby Huey/Weepy try to date 30 women when he clearly can't manage one. He should have told Tia to get lost as soon as she started exerting pressure. Same thing with the boys club who I do think he handled a bit better.

I know this isn't a popular view, and not going to going to happen, but I still like Eric. His comments on Paradise are to the point and insightful.

I thought she handled it very well. Respectful, on point and encouraging him. It was such a difference watching her talk to him vs Tia. Becca was encouraging while Tia was almost threatening him IMO.

I like Eric too, @Mia_Leoni  I thought he should have been in the mix last year.
