TBH I wouldn’t put it past these two to be planning for August to try to outshine Becca and her F1 that will be revealed then. They are that petty and stupid.

I am not a fan of Arie and his womanising ways but Ciurtney should have some dignity... the more i read about her interviews the more i feel she is hang up on Arie and i don't believe he is any prize..imo

Exactly, it is their lives not mine. If they want to get married and when, that's great. Just as long as they are doing what they want and loving on each other at the same time....all's good, IMO

I would stop short of saying that I like them - I don't know them, the chances are that I will never meet them, and it's hard to like or dislike someone that I have only seen on TV. I'm well aware that reading body language on this franchise can be either leading - or misleading. If someone goes on the show and selects an F1 but is not remotely interested in a long term relationship but only jump starting an acting or music career, or garnering a bunch of IG followers to shill for FabFitFun boxes - you can't see body language attractions to IG followers - or an acting / music career because they aren't present to see if that's what's what they attracted to. But in the case of Arie and Lauren I have seen them together and they are as (if not more) attracted to each other as any other bachelor or bachelorette couple that I have ever seen.

And I may not be alone in seeing this as Blanca Cobb seems to have seen it as well as she stated in her article for Cosmopolitan on March 6, 2018. That's worthy of reading; IMO body language isn't snake oil or made up from a figment of someone's imagination - it's quite real.

@Lucas15 - 100% agree with you about Arie chasing Lauren and the "it" between them as was shown during the show as well as seen post-show. And I'd wager a guess to say that most people would agree with that or at least agree with that now.

I think the disgust with and distrust of Arie (and Lauren to some extent) stems from his cowardice, lack of self-awareness, and dishonesty (pre-show, during, and post-show). So yes, a love story happened -- it was messy and turbulent and finally found completion -- but through it all Arie was weak, cowardly, and less than honest with Becca (IMO). That he and Lauren both continue to offer up more information that portrays him and their relationship's start in a compromising light, just fuels some fires IMO.

At the end of the day, all of that is okay -- there are plenty of weak and shady people on this planet -- they just aren't my type of people. And it can be argued until the cows come home that Arie was always honest with all his pseudo-girlfriends including Courtney, that production made him do everything, his sliding into other contestants' DMs was just being friendly, and he truly "risked it all" to connect with and secure Lauren before breaking up with Becca. Some folks see all that as shady and others see it as honorable and true love. Perception and bias always come into play -- different strokes for different folks!

All IMO.

The bottom line is that it appears that Lauren and Arie are very happy together. While I myself would not rush into a wedding that quickly, other people in RL have done just that and sometimes, it actually works out. I remembered Jordan telling JoJo at the M&G that his parents dated for a short time and then were married shortly after. At the end of the day, A&L's decision to get married quickly doesn't affect me at all. Jmo.
