I've never liked an F2 more!!! Seriously. I haven't watched the Bach since Sean Lowe's season. Blake is the only guy that can make me watch the next Bachelor.

yep ..he awaited the longest in between the first and second date. He literally got the first and last 1:1 date of the season. I can't seem to recall any past contestant got this treatment? . Those savage producers!

you are also right that he waited the longest between HTD and Fantasy Date. Bless his heart! .

In all fairness, I think it may have something to do with the "First Date's Curse". Becca was shown talking to Arie about having hard times too, on her second date with Arie. Both BnB actually fell hard and fest for the lead during their respective seasons. As they both admit on their first date, they are actually really2 similar IMO

and oh IA that Blakey boy is special...

FWIW..as the "Reign King of F2s" Nick may have said it best here, start from 18:27. After hearing this, i found what's been said by Blake in the prev clip were so relatable and understandable. JMO.

@kerriway..same here. I would be a faithful Bach viewer again if its Blake as TB. The last Bach season i watched religiously was JPG, and that was because the trainwreck... LOL. Blake is the first genuine and worthy person I've seen on the show in a while. I would love to watch him genuinely fall for and find his person

NGL, i'm really2 annoyed that she seems to lovin a little (?) too much of pulling monkey jumps with a number of guys. Especially with Blake, besides this one, there is another one on the dancing scene. Its OTT and unnecessary, IMO.  (she did this too with Jason in the parking lot last episode). I am like : .Whuuuuttt??

Production really took advantage of Blake on the last episode.

They knew he really wanted another date with Becca since it had been so long since their first one on one. To amp up the drama they gave him the last single date. They got a lot of footage showing Blake’s frustration.

Yikes if I was Blake’s mom I’d be upset he outed me on national tv. I think the contestants are far game to talk about their own experiences but when they bring family members into the drama it doesn’t seem appropriate  JMO

The thing I like about Blake is that his story appears to be viewed, by him, as a message that has brought constructive meaning to his life. Unlike Colton’s story that he laid out as a fact or Garrett’s story that is a retelling of what happened to him, Blake presents a challenging event as a pivotal lesson that he will use to positively shape his future. IMO, a valuable character strength. Sure he appears to have been overly anxious compared to the other guys but his good is top notch.
Curious how his family dynamic will be portrayed.

Blake doesn’t have any problem telling Becca of his love for her. He is excited to show her his hometown of Bailey, Colorado. However, along with the pain of dealing with his parents’ divorce, he shares another traumatic event he endured at his high school when he was a student. Blake wants to create a wonderful memory there with this special woman. I'm not a fan of Blake but even I feel for him after finding out this information. I just hope that if the show actually mentions this, they do it respectfully.

I agree completely notarose, he seems to be a very introspective person. He had two very traumatic things happen to him in high school and yet he seems very well adjusted and grounded.
