Further to @SeekAny IG upthread, confirmation Ryan's brother is the Captain of the sailboat.

From the moment we saw Captain Kurt’s classic, wooden catboat pull up to the dock in Edgartown, we knew it was going to be a special sail with Catboat Charters. As it turns out, the two hour ride around Katama Bay is our most favorite memory of Martha’s Vineyard.

Capt. Kurt and his brother Ryan sailed us up and down the Vineyard’s picturesque shoreline, past the Edgartown Lighthouse and up the Chappaquiddick coast, which is peppered with magnificent estates.

You are generally 18 when you graduate, but you could be 19 or 17.
His linkedIn showed going to college in the time frame of 2010-2014.

Based on public records, Ryan is currently 26 years old, assuming I have found the correct person.

Also, he is the nephew of a former TV producer, Marcy Carsey who gave the commencement address at Ryan's high school graduation in 2010. Source

Ryan is cute though. To me he's sort of a mix or Roberto and Ryan Sutter.

I think the family, or Aunt Marcy Peterson Carsey could own property on both coasts. Her husband John Carsey, was a comedy writer for the original Tonight Show.

While I think Ryan could gain the attention of TB producers on his own, having an well known Aunt as a TV producer certainly helped, IMO.
