An implementation specialist is someone that "assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions".

I would guess an "assistant" would assist the specialist in whatever project they are working on.

I got a nice feeling about him from his IG. Family is important to him and it appears besides music, he loves sailing and travel.

After I looked at that I read that a poster on reddit posted that he is her friend from college. Posted very good things about him. Was asked if he was another "Luke Pell" on the show to promote his music career. She said no, unless he decided to pursue that career recently. His whole family shares a love of music and he is super close with his family.

Not saying he is a favorite, but I will be watching him... maybe to figure out which girl he can hook up with on BIP

He’s super cute! Given that Becca seems a little dorky to me, in a great way, I could see these two hitting it off.

Totally agree. I think she’s a little goofy and someone who’s a little eccentric would be good for her. He’s got a warm smile and the fact that he seems very family orientated would be a good match. I see that he went to Wentworth in Boston for college, it’s a good tech school. I hope they have chemistry.

He's moved up to in the F2 for me! I know it's way to early but there's something about his demeanour that I liked. Love that guy, and his jacket.

I like him so far!! I can see him being in F4 for sure.
