I think #9 might be Lincoln.

I also think there is a guy in between #9 and #10.  Note light skinned hands on lap.

That would be at least 12 in this photo.  

So if there are 12 or 13 here (@Kashathediva thinks 13 in pic), are the rest on a group date?

It is difficult to see, but it looks to me that there are 2 men sitting forward on the right side of the table. 
When the photo was smaller it looked like 3, but now that it is blown up I clearly see 2 forward, one standing and one leaning back.

Agreed.

I wondered if my eyes were that bad that I couldn't see another one.

Both of those sitting forward have on black as well. Looking even closer it appears there are 2 different colors of shoes on the floor for these 2 guys.
