I will say this, IMO, tptb don't care what US Weekly, or any other rags print right now. They have already moved on to next season, and this sh*tstorm is going to propel them there.

Actually US Weekly has gotten it a lot the last few years. They were spot on with the finale scoop for Rachel’s season for example.

People gets the finale exclusive with the couples after the show, but US Weekly has always gotten information about the finales before it happens. As an example, they knew the exact details about what happened in Nick's finale last Bachelor season.

This doesn't surprise me at all. Arie's lack of empathy I've seen him display these past weeks has been mind-blowing to me. 

I think Arie cares only about himself and is one of the most self-absorbed, self-entitled leads this show has ever had, and that's saying something.

Totally agree. I even found myself entertaining the possibility that Becca had done something to him (like maybe talk with her ex behind his back) and that's why he was being so smug in his interviews and practically rubbing it in her face with his SM activity, but he really is just a self-absorbed jacka**, who's probably never been held accountable for his actions in his life, and who values his immediate gratification over kindness and sensitivity. As long as he got what he wanted, he doesn't care that he's hurt someone else. JMO.

People get the post-finale cover but US Weekly have gotten the 'this is what happens in the finale' exclusive for many seasons. Rachel's, Ben's, and Nick's write-ups were all completely accurate from what I recall.

Even in a normal ending for this show it shouldn't be "fun" for the lead to watch themselves dump the F2 (let alone fun for him to propose to then dump the F1 and then propose to the F2).
