@KB_Mom I posted a youtube of that segment several weeks ago. There are plenty of them on youtube. I wanted to refresh my memory to see if we'll see anything similar. I just hope Becca rises above and doesn't behave like Melissa, OTOH I'm looking forward to hearing her side of the story!

I would be surprised if Becca acted like Melissa. She may have a few questions for Arie and I hope we hear her side of the story.

Getting engaged on this show is more of a promise to date exclusively but a marriage I would hope would be a real marriage. If they are serious about making it work a nice long period of dating before an engagement would be smart. Arie has been indecisive and seems pretty risky as a partner IMO. If they started seeing each other less than two months ago outside of the bubble, getting engaged now with all that has happened makes their relationship less credible to me.

I’m sure the pressure to get engaged by TPTB will be great, I hope they don’t give in to it.

I can't see Becca saying "You're such a bastard" to Arie. She's too classy for that. Jmho.

Thanks GA. I think I will watch on youtube about an hour before Airy's ATFR Part One to have it clear in my memory and to be able to compare how TPTB handle showing the switcheroo 2.0

I hope Arie doesn’t shut Becca down like he did or will probably do to Krystal per spoilers . What he did sucks no matter the reason. If he did a romantic proposal to Becca, all the worse. Jmo

If Becca is serious about wanting to be the next lead, she should think carefully about how she acts towards him. IMO I see her as being upset and angry but not over the top. We shall see though!

Agree @sanlee088 that Becca will strike a careful balance of hurt, but healed if she wants the Bachelorette gig. If she's OTT hurt or angry, viewers won't believe she's ready for a proposal in 8 weeks.

How ridiculous is that? Madly in love with Arie, accepts his proposal, crushed by his betrayal, dates 30 guys on her show & engaged again in a few short months. UnReal!

Betrayal is not her fault so good for her if she wants to move on. It’s being the betrayer and happily moving on that makes my head spin. Like a beat was never skipped. That’s UnReal to me. But in the end, if it works for all, who can grumble at that. Jmo

I’d like to see the screen shot of Arie’s face while he watches the proposal. I’ll be interested to hear what he says to her and to Lauren.

I clearly did not say the betrayal was her fault, so please don't put words in my mouth.

Not taking time to heal before repeating the reality tv dating/engagement performance is skipping a beat to me. IMO.

TPTB will be drooling at this Finale. I don’t think you can get many Leads to do what Arie did. Guess they just needed time to find the right guy to do the wrong thing and try to make it right again. I can’t really count Jason if Melissa baled on him. They sure knew how to get the ratings attention and milk it for a couple extra nights Jmo
