I'm interested to know why @RachelDeAlto is not on the next season of MAFS. I think it's a consensus that she is loved by ALL cast that's she's worked with! The woman has a heart of gold and integrity second to none!

Thanks for the info, GA! I have a feeling that I will definitely be watching more TV this coming winter than I have this fall. It makes sense to me now why they are having the Chicago reunion episode with Pastor Cal and his wife Wendy on Dec. 26. They want to have a lead in episode from season 5 to the next season. I am excited to watch and will be pleasantly surprised and hopeful that 1 couple will make it. I am also hopeful that they will match people up according to what characteristics the participants want rather than just what the production company thinks will make "good tv". I really feel like the Chicago participants got gypped because their season aired so late. Hopefully, since the Season 6 Boston participants don't have to wait so long for the show to be on TV--if the marriage doesn't work out than they can get on with their lives sooner.

Here is the link you mentioned in Cody and Danielle's thread. Posting here for the last part of the article. Most of it has to do with MAFS Season 5. It says January but still no date that I know of.

Season 6, which will follow Boston-area newlyweds, is scheduled to premiere in January. Only three of 15 couples who met and married on the first five seasons of the series remain together.

Thanks, GA! I mentioned Jan.2 because I heard that before in an article. Re-reading it again--I realize this article only said January. LOL. Glad you cleared that up. I wonder when they might start airing promos on Lifetime. Will you be able to see episodes live this season? Truly--I am grateful for the 3 couples that are still married. That's a rate of 20%. Hopeful that one couple in Boston will stick it out.

People.com has an article about the new participants of MAFS Season 6 Boston as well as who is paired up together (IMO -- they are definitely hoping to drum up more viewership for the show) along with wedding pictures of each couple. Does someone want to bring this over here? Thanks!

This is pretty weird showing them as married couples before the fact. They must be trying something new.
