Was just watching Lindsey live for a few minutes... someone asked her about a ring she had on ... she put it up to camera to show and said it was given to her by a friend I think ...anyway .. she said she only had that one on for now .... it was casual offf the top of her head comment .... it might not mean anything ... but t it could mean she’ll have another one she can wear after next week ... time will tell

The ring itself isn’t what I’m talking about ... it’s the way she said she only had a ring on her right hand for the moment ... it wasn’t anything she planned on saying ... it was reply to a comment made by someone who was watching her live on Instagram ... they said let’s see the ring ... that’s when she held it up to say it was a gift from a friend....it wasn’t anything planned ....just a comment that stood out to me

In the Bach world if he doesn't pick Lindsey I will always wonder if he just choose Mik as second choice or as the easier route to take.. Neither of the 3 of them deserve this. IMHO you don't go from something is missing, to being fully in love, no questions asked, ready to marry somebody that 2 weeks earlier you knew there was something missing and you didn't know if you could get there with her, but you had to keep her hanging on because you were getting paid for a show that demanded this while this other love already had your heart so much that you couldn't sleep at night...

In the real world, I'm on the fence about wanting him to pick Lindsey because I think she can do better. As young as she is there will be plenty of men in her future. None of which she will have to watch on TV trying to figure out if he loves her more than the other chick on a TV show or having to worry that he will one day resent her for having to pack up and move away from his family. Also, a guy that already has his sh*t together and knows what he wants to do with his life before becoming 33 years old.

It's like we are seeing Ben 2.0 where he is "in" love with one girl and  'loves" the other one and he can't figure out the difference.. Give me my choice and I will pick the guy that's in love with me over the one that loves me. It's like having a great pair of shoes that are out of this world that you are in love with, but then you know you still have that old broke in, half worn out pair that feels sooooooo much better.. Choices Choices.. They make the world go around. lolol

Mik even said that she didn't know if he could go from being so unsure of her and not there yet to being so in love with him.  She said that on FD's which I think we all know from looking at the filming schedule that it was 5 days before the finale at best.  How in the haides can you go from being all in and gaga over Lyndsey to saying that he's thinking something is missing with Mikaela to 5 days later choosing Mikaela.  That makes no sense, IMO.  He's been all in with Lyndsey since epi 5.

 If her family was that icy and cold then why in the hell did the guy stay filming with just the family or 10 hrs.  He also filmed more with Lyndsey and the grandfather.  This part of the HIGHLY EDITED version that you are talking about is just that extremely edited, chopped up several ways from sunday.  IMO, the time that he had with the family in real terms was far less cold and icy.

right now all i read (including myself) is JUST ASSUMPTIONS about how he felt. There is absolutely ZERO NADA proof that Lindsey was his favorite. I heard many words said by him to both girls and it would be totally ridiculous to be selective and remove the LOVE STORY because it was clearly said out loud AND directly to her... not during any PI with cut and edits.

It is way too easy to dismiss something that does not fit in one scenario because then we have to revise our "I know for a fact that it is" position and admit we are wrong.

For me, we have absolutely NO IDEA if he fell in love with Mikaeala from the start and Lindsey was always F2, regardless of the words he said. No words is stronger than the other for 1. and we have no idea if chris said the same thing for the other but we never get the chance to hear them for 2.

what we see is not what happened. #fact

based on this, i think we should be way more cautious about the SECOND CHOICE or SAFE ROAD.

all i know is that I want to hear the part 2, THEN decide if Mikaela was the love of his life and maybe.... just maybe, he is still with mikaela today.

we.do.not.know. because we are not either chris, or lindsey or mikaeala. nobody was there during the fantasy night to kiss and tell either.


MY opinion as usual

Lyndsey was also told the love story directly from Chris to her.  IMO, claiming it only happened with Mikaela may is wrong.  Chris said it to Lyndsey directly as well so claiming it was only with Mikaela isn't right.

Yup.  

We are now down to two. With one there is something missing and with the other there are butterflies. That was very specific to these to women. Which ever way people see the story, with a typical edit this is a sign that the something missing is F2 and butterflies is F1. That is just the way these shows work....regardless who I think is my favourite....and actually I'm not really liking anyone all that much this season. That is how things are typically edited. Of course, producers could always change things up, but that is the typical edit.

I agree, with editing, the something missing is ALWAYS the F2.  With the butterflies, that has always been the F1.  That and more of the edit with the dates, the stats, how the editing tricks worked from Bach Can seasons.  IMO, those things line up with the butterflies person which in this case is Lyndsey, IMO.

Actually, the one the lead picks isn't necessarily the one that is the most talked about or the most obvious. Depending on the lead, they may also not act all crazy about her and she definitely does not have to have to be the nice, sweet, next door girl that appeals to the majority of viewers...Ahem...Courtney, Vienna.

For me the typical F1 is the one the lead is chasing. Producers can play with the cast and the edits and all the rest of it to mess with viewers, but they have always shown the lead chasing the one they want.

April, season 2 had her first alone time with Tim after the group date in epi 2, Bianka had her alone time with Brad in epi 2 and epi 3, Kevin with Jasmine had their special alone time in epi 2 and first date in epi 3.  So far in the Canadian series, the F1 has their time with the lead early on.  They are the fave.

We're back where we started because I honestly do not see him "chasing" either girl. I see him happy to be with each of them whenever he is and making the most of it. I see honesty from both of them and the effort from him to match their verbal intensity even if he has to go back to his quote collection for a rerun. JMO

Well, IMO, chasing means the lead making the advances.  With Lyndsey, he goes in for the kisses, he makes the advances, affection with Lyndsey but with Mikaela, it is HER that makes the advances, goes in for kisses, initiates the affection.  With Lyndsey, Chris ran to meet up with her on her HTD:



IMO, it is Chris initiating about 95% of the affection with Lyndsey and about 10% of the affection with Mikaela. That is what I mean as chasing the lead.

BenF was a big azz who had sex during their dipping...... and the other guy was a major azz as we all recall how he acted on cameras after the show with vienna........ ahem.... not really good example of happy endings IMO

there is only ONE segment that make people think he was chasing her is the HANG ON. and for me he just wanted to kiss her because, yes, she was her top 2.

if we truly take the time to listen carefully what he said during the fantasy date on PI, we will hear him say that it was some "WEIRD ENERGY" for quite some time with lindsey... said that things changed since hometown.... i mean if people really take the time to take a step back and listen...  big fat IF

I don't care who the lead is or whether or not I like them or whether they have a happy ending or not. That has nothing to do with editing patterns.

I agree. With Bach Can it has been following the same pattern of editing throughout it's seasons. The editing this time around is so in Lyndsey's favor for F1. IMO

Just watched Mikaela's live chat. Couple of items:

She said not to believe everything you read on Twitter.  Reality Steve isn't always right.
Her & Dean are just friends (there might've been a "sort of" added, I'm not positive on that piece).
She's moving for 6-12 months, but she'll be back.
During the preview, she said "next week" is a really hard week for her (finale part 2).
When she was crying & walking away in the preview, she said "ya I'm walking away".
She answered a question saying her & Lyndsey were close right thru to the end.

Just noticed something strange. Chris posted a picture of his dog with a ball in his mouth. If this is a recent picture, this is strange. It snowed a lot in Toronto. It's been bitterly cold too so the snow and ice has remain on the roads and sidewalks. Wouldn't he have Cash wear a coat? Where's the snow and ice?
