Point taken about Ali/Roberto. I had temporarily forgotten about them. I remember that they were knee deep in wedding planning and then called it off at the last minute. From what I can recall, I don't think Andi/Josh, Amanda/Josh or Jeff/Emily even made it that far in the process, so you can't really count any of them.

I wasn't just looking at those who had started planning the wedding or talked about planning the wedding. It was more about our general ability to spot when couples are breaking up despite their attempted cover ups to the contrery.

Oh, okay. Sorry about the confusion. While we're at it, might as well include: Kaitlyn/Shawn and Ben/OG Lauren B. And yeah, you're right. We do seem to have a pretty uncanny ability to sniff these things out. The people here on the forum and Reddit are super sleuths who can seemingly find anything.

To be fair, it doesn’t require the CIA to understand these couples dynamics. They aren’t subtle, any of them.

Yeah, I still can't believe that Rachel ignored/overlooked all that. That should have been a major red flag for her right there. I guess it doesn't really surprise me that he was able to talk his way out of that. He's a pretty seductive/smooth guy who's good at scamming people. **IMO**

The sanctions stuff blows my mind that he’d be able to smooth talk his way out of it and then go on to basically do it again. It’s insane.

At one time you had to stay together 2 years to be able to keep the ring. Does that time line still hold??

Weren't those lawsuits "dismissed with prejudice"? I believe that was mentioned in Bryan's locked thread and in some of the articles I saw. According to US Law Essentials https://uslawessentials.com/2015327what-does-it-mean-when-a-lawsuit-is-dismissed-with-prejudice/:

To dismiss with prejudice in a civil case means the judge ends the lawsuit and the party bringing the lawsuit lost and may not re-plead the lawsuit. The plaintiff cannot (unless he successfully appeals) file a lawsuit based on the same facts again.

@Fangirl26 it was a dismissed because both parties agreed on a settlement. He was sued by the department of health and as part of the settlement, he had to pay them almost $20,000, he was fined an additional $1,000 by the board of chiropractic medicine, had to agree to do a bunch of ethics and risk management courses and also agree to be monitored for a year afterwards. The lawsuit was filed 6 years ago based on treatment provided from January - May 2011. Bryan was sued as part of a lawsuit against the clinic where he was employed, the owner of the clinic and the chiropractor that provided the majority of the treatment. Bryan treated the patient twice - the other chiropractor treated the patient 12 times.

The majority of the fine levied against Bryan was for administrative fees paid to the Dept. of Health; not for damages to the patient.

Unlike actions by two former Bachelor leads, no one was killed or lost their life's savings. IMO.
