Oh, I think he knows what he wants .... he’s just mature enough to acknowledge that their age difference could bring some extra challenges to an already unstable environment that exists when doing this show.

I have to make this comment LOL. During Lyndsey's HTD there was several things that made me laugh. Chris said that Lyndsey said her family was funny etc. So, I have a few questions for you all to think about and would love to read your thoughts.

1 - Lyndsey's sister asking her "How old are you?" Like she didn't know already.
2 - Chris having his hands to his mouth and asking them to guess how old he was.....the age thing was planned to bring up IMO the producers laid things out and asked questions to get the story they wanted.
3 - Lyndsey's dad funny comments like:
Yeah, her mom told me to put away my gun
See a face and beat you like a mule
Dad and Chris was so edited the conversation did not flow normal.

Same as lyn and her mom...so scripted IMO

So my question
Why do you think tptb left in all the little digs about this show?
Sister asking about his comment about loving the island and her comment back about how many times he has said that
Sister making digs about jumping into the bachelor as normal
Sister about the fantasy suite as so gross etc

Tbtp needed something to have doubt because Chris just let his guard down and admitted he was in love. But, the show needs to go on.....

As for the next preview and Chris crying. Most the words/comments on that preview were voice overs. I never believe the voice overs because they are so manipulated. Chris' tears could be that he finally has fallen in love and his mom commenting just let yourself fall could be "You have finally let yourself fall in love"

I can see the scenario that Chris let's Mik go early hence why we haven't seen any of the FRC scenes in any of the previews. Just a few thoughts....

I don't see it as people being desperate for Chris to be in love with Lyndsey. I see it as some people seeing what is ACTUALLY happening. I see it as some that DO see the love and the connection that they have. He did say although in an ITM, that I LOVE HER TOO. But IMO, it's more than that for me anyways, I see the absolute connection and love story that is happening even though the producers are desperately trying to hide it somewhat via false drama, age card, and family problems. IMO

The way I see it, he’s 33 and retired from his first career and wants to start his second career with a life partner. I’m sure he’s got money in the bank and open to possibilities as to what he does ...
and where he lives. A lot different circumstances than someone in early 20’s who truly doesn’t know what they want in life. I dont see him as flakey guy out to try date as many girls as he can ( Im sure that was available to him as a ball player all those years) I see him as a guy who truly is looking to settle down. Doing the Bach is definitely an out of the ordinary way to meet someone but really not much different from internet dating and to be honest, isn’t available to just anyone ... male leads who aren’t recycled contestants .... are usually chosen with care. I totally get why he chose to do it. I like him, he’s quiet and maybe a little doll to some but I’m enjoying his “journey” .... much more so if he chooses Lindsey as that’s where I saw the connection.

This is @LynnTa post. In nowhere in there did she state for a fact that he said it to Mikalea. She did say though that I think then at the end of her post was the AJMO so IMO, she's not stating facts but stating opinions as to how it can happen.

I think during MTP , Chris tells Mik that the "IT" factor is missing from their relationship and she is crushed(i don't think she is though!) anyway Sc show her crying-- and I think Chris crying -- he is trying to understand why he can't feel the love (it) with Mik. He thinks maybe it's because he is scared to love & maybe its because he can't let his walls down with her but he wants her in his life--maybe as a friend (I don't know) I'm more inclined to think that the preview of him crying is linked to Mik and the missing IT factor & add to that Mik stating that she wants to be the girl of his dreams. It looks possible to me now that he lets her go before FR.
I don't see a scenario where Chris could be crying about Lyn. He said finally his walls were down and he loves Lyn---so no problem there the angst about Lyn's fam being an obstacle is fake. Creating some drama. Chris isn't the 1st older man that Lyn has dated. Lyn herself said she usually dates older man & I think the fam know that---so why this ott behaviour?

saying he’s afraid to fall in love and crying is just him showing emotion and seeing as how we dont yet know the context of why that happened ... I’ll just assume it was included in the preview to cast doubt on him picking the girl he’s admitted to be in love with.

You're right. We don't know the context. We don't even know who he is talking about. We'll see what happens on December 20.

I had to comment on this bold part. Great thought.....I am wondering why people aren't upset about Mik's dad, when he asked Chris if he had any kids out there? Also how Mik's dad was hitting hard also about if he had savings (pretty personal questions if you ask me) Maybe a private conversation from a dad if you were asking her hand in marriage. But in front of everyone close to just meeting. Tbtp edited right there and it wasn't finished and was missed by many.

There isn't any discussion about how rude that was because it doesn't fit in the story line. There isn't any obstacles Mik and Chris have to over come in their love story. The only obstacle is what Chris expressed directly to Mik and that is "Do I know her well enough?"

I feel positive that Chris is crying about the situation with Lyndsey.  IMO he hasn't the depth of feeling towards Mikaela for it to be her.  I am going to write the script and IMO  there will be a reckoning at some point where Lyndsey, in a typical F1 edit, will seek assurance from Chris that he loves her and he will no doubt cite all the reservations e.g. age, location, family, hiking .  Lyndsey will then say either she's not ready to get engaged or she has to walk away (don't know exactly what part she says) because Chris appears to be wavering.  Chris will feel he's lost Lyndsey, but will magically get over it after a good talking from his mother, and by the FRC he is hoping it’s not too late with Lyndsey.  Of course it isn’t.  All JMO

Can someone please share the schedule. It's not correct in the filming / schedule forum that I can see. Since there is only two girls left? In the Canada franchise they do MTA/WTA correct. So is it?
