Want to go on record that the opera date is my hands-down most romantic date ever in the entire franchise. Too bad Apollo didn't connect the romanticism. And who would have thought that Sophie would love classical music so much?

And that goodbye with Apollo ranks as maybe the best in the entire franchise, as well.

just watched the segment medias shared.... and my first thought was: why did not she do it with james and luke and all the guy she put her tongue in any guy's throat?

because she has zero class. *IMO*

I too am puzzled why Dophie took Apollo on this 'sipper romantic' date? I personally don't believe for a minute Sophie has feelings of love for Apollo (who can't even use his real name). Their conversation after the Opera singing was IMO the worst of any episode I've seen. Apollo was totally cringeworthy. And his excuse of freezing up, which we heard a number of times in case we didn't get the reason he was acting like he didn't care one bit for Sophie, made my blood boil. He had no problem with expressing his feelings on their 2 SD's. And he was the only one to get 2 Sd's.

Not sure if it's already been mentioned but Stu and Sophie's conversation mirrored Laura and Matty's fake tiff after hometowns when Matty was seeking validation from Laura only for her to say she couldn't say. Stu was exactly the same and even used the magic word "guarded" this time because of his daughters.

Do they just re-use the same script haha. What a joke.

@BlueJeans I totally agree. In all honesty when I watched this scene I found myself wondering if Stu hadn't been given the wrong script card to memorise
