Imo, No one has been silent. The women speaking up about it are the reason why we are talking about it right now!
Once again, kudos to Bekah for bringing attention to this. I have to wonder if the reaction to this would be different if Ashley Spivey was the one to bring it forward. And I'm talking about the reaction on many different sites. Imo.

Bekah said that she received a lot more stories than the ones she published. If she can bring these women together and at least a handful of them decide to report him they may have a chance. Perhaps some of them have saved evidence.
Other than that, Leo’s time with the franchise has hopefully come to an end. Perhaps they will edit him out of BIP as much as possible, or throw him under the bus. He will lose shilling opportunities and some fans, but most of them will probably chose to side with him and continue to attack the “immature, attention seeking” child that dared to slander their golden boy.
The casting process has already been criticized a lot this season, and this will add fuel to the fire. The more it is talked about the more likely it is that ABC will put pressure on Fleiss & co to really do something about it.
I guess Bekah’s work is mostly done. I have always liked her for being entertaining (though annoying at times) and for her integrity post show, but after this I absolutely love this brave girl.

I'm neither a fan or dislike her in any way, but I do feel like she gets a lot of stick for being outspoken on different things. Whether it's her armpits or whatever issues that people find annoying, it does no harm and actually encourage young girls to just be themselves. When it comes to this issue with Leo, I say you go girl, seeking attention or not, this kind of inexcusable behaviour should get as much attention as possible. Good for her.

I like Bekah and she does me no harm for being outspoken. Some may find her comments distasteful but she is free to say them. Regarding the allegations pointed at Leo, I actually think he probably had this behavior when he was younger. But like many of us, grew up, matured and learned to behave better (at least I hope).

I'm glad they are tweeting and bringing it to the forefront. From what I read here, I didn't know that. It appears conversations happen in other arena's, and it's expected every one here knows.
My point is, no woman or man should ever hesitate in calling someone out on sexual harassment regardless of what they are threatened with. Any one of the victims could have called up the tabloids when he was announced as cast. Any one could have contacted his employer or posted a blast on SM themselves at the time of the occurrence. It shouldn't take someone who may be well known in this franchise to bring it to light for them IMHO.
I doubt TPTB will take any responsibility. MF's famous tweet when a situation was revealed on The Proposal, paraphrasing, if we didn't know how were we to know.

It's easier said than done putting your sexual harassers on blast. Most of the time it amounts to nothing. Until just this recent me too movement, hardly any of the now shamed harassers were called out. And the me too movement initially started with Weinstein, because he was causing financial problems to his company, not because suddenly women were believed more. There are tens of HW actors, who are total sleazes, many people in power know it, and nothing changes.
I'm 100% sure, that since becoming vocal about Leo, Bekah has received a lot of harassment. Many people side with him, even if there were tens of women telling similar stories. It takes a strong person to be able to take all that, and take the other people's stories, and push forward. Jmho.

I'm not siding with anyone, but Bekah has always been an attention seeker from day one. She craves it. Look at me. Look at my hairy armpits. My battle with acne. The one that took the cake for me was, "Do you pick your nose and eat it."

IMO Bekah bringing the subject of unsolicited dick pics to the forefront could give people in general pause for thought. On an epi of the I don’t get it Podcast the girls talk about sending explicit vagina pics (to guys they know but aren’t necessarily in a relationship with) so the practice of sharing blatant nudity on SM goes both ways for a segment of the population.
Bekah has, I assume, a following that skews young so in a roundabout way her publicizing the Leo situation sends the message that SM behavior has a long shelf life and that choices today could haunt future tomorrows.

I actually have someone I work with who did that and more, and sent them to her current boyfriend...who was friends with our boss. They broke up and those pics and video made the rounds. She thought nothing of it...even shared them herself with some of our coworkers. I said no thank you. I had a hard enough time looking her in the face. Thing is, she isn't some young kid. She is a 40+ woman with two young girls.
I swear there are fewer and fewer people who have any common sense.
