Bachelor In Paradise Australia - Season 1 - Media SM - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

The Bachelor spin-off is one of the most anticipated series on Ten’s 2018 plate and the TV network has just announced the first six members of its cast.
First up is Laurina Fleur, who famously turned her nose up at the “dirty street pie” offered up by the season two Bachelor, Blake Garvey. She didn’t win that year but, as we all know now, that’s worked out really well for her. She should go back for that pie though because it really is excellent.
Season four “villain” Keira Maguire, who has been keeping busy with her various social media antics, is set to stir up more trouble. Apparently she called one of her compatriots a “peasant”. Whatever nasty barbs she comes up with next better not be aimed at “Australia’s sweetheart” Tara Pavlovic who’ll bring her sunshine-and-roses spirit to the spin-off.
One the testosterone side, Sam Frost’s almost-pick, Michael Turnbull, has signed up, as has magician Apollo, who is sure to bring his considerable muscles with him (otherwise, what’s the point, right?). Joining them is prankster Davey Lloyd — he’s the promised comedy relief among all the melodrama.

THINGS are about to get steamy in your lounge room because the Bachelor in Paradise is going to heat it up with some of your favourite contestants from seasons past.

Bachelor in Paradise is kind of like Temptation Island in that you throw a bunch of supposedly pretty people together, give them lots of indulgent things and see if sparks fly. And there’s some altered, rotating version of the rose ceremony.
The goal? Love. Or a second dose of reality TV fame for those who didn’t get enough the first time around. It’s a thing.
Ten will be hoping that its version of the series will be less controversial than the latest US season which saw production suspended after allegations of inappropriate behaviour by one contestant against another.

Ten announced the cast during its annual “Upfronts” presentation, a showcase of the big shows it has coming for next year.
Given the current free-to-air TV trend towards all things dating and romance, the network also announced it has commissioned a modern update of Blind Date, to be hosted by Julia Morris.
Billed as a family show, Blind Date originally aired in Australia between 1967 and 1970. It was briefly revived in 1974 and then again in 1991 as Perfect Match.

Each episode will see one contestant ask three suitors questions to determine who their ideal match is. The catch is all three potential dates will be hidden from view.

Valid point. Jarrod is a good guy, but an entire season of him might be a bit boring though. I think that they would be better off though just starting fresh with a new face.
