I think that Wendy's show would have flown them first class to NYC and sent a car service to p/u and return but, when Brachel pays, they seem based on pictures, to fly business, imo.  When they go to Vegas, they (hopefully Bryan) can drive the 2 hrs to LA for the LipSync. Or, ABC could be flying them to the LipSync and they can drive to the music festival. If I had that much fun planned, logistics could be managed. All JMO

FYI....It's about 4-5 hours from LV to LA by car, depends on the traffic

That's a full blown road trip. I was asleep the whole time and it was several years ago but I thought it was only 2 hrs. My bad.
