I sort of remember Adam helped Raven purchase her first commercial? property or a rental property of some sort.

I like that Adam was humble enough to know he needed to start by earning his way and he did that by focusing his business on rural Texas. Smart. I enjoyed this podcast (rarely listen to most BN ones) as there were 2 smart guys talking what they know best.

Great podcast. The content is what I've been involved my whole career.

Jason has taken advantage of his specialty, to help others understand all things money related.

The last 20 minutes or so he was recapping with someone which was also very informative for those who may not understand the terminology.

I like that Adam went right back to doing what he was doing after Rachel's season. He has done remarkable well, and helped Raven get into the commercial market as well just by her saving money from her ad's. Smart girl. He has good knowledge and experience to continue to grow the business he is now a partner in.

The only thing I didn't care for is in the beginning he stated to cut out the middle person. He later made up for it stressing it's important to have a real estate agent if you don't have the time. These people, and he's one of them, work very hard to help their clients. It isn't fair to promote cutting out someone's occupation. I'm surprised he has taken that approach because that type of business behaviour would cut out his own income and sometimes creates animosity between professionals. jmo's. I hope Jason has him on again because there is a whole lot more that can be discussed.
