LOL IMO perfect.lleyki wrote:Wait, you mean Bryan wasn't being shady and not completely forthcoming when he said he passed his exam in that interview a few weeks ago, just because his name wasn't on the registry yet? You mean it possibly could be like when you go to college and you know you've gotten your degree when you've earned all your credits but you don't actually get the degree until graduation? Go figure...

Wow! such amazing news. I hope this means they decided to stay in Dallas! JMO but I have such high hopes for them.
Coming from someone who just passed her social work boards to become a LCSW, these things do take time. You take the exam, pass it, takes a few weeks to be sent to jurisdiction then you have to apply and wait for them to approve your license. It’s hard work! Go Bryan!
JMO he probably would have waited to take the test in California unless they have plans to stay in Dallas jmo. The licensing process can be tedious... why do it just for a few months to do it all over again?
Jmo!!

Did Rachel have any previous experience in designing? I just saw on IG that she teamed up with Vow to be Chic and designed a bridesmaid dress with them. They're calling it the Rachel dress.
It looks like they threw them a party last night, which they were calling an engagement party, but was more so to promote Vow to be Chic and Rachel's new dress that they will be selling. They had press there and Mindy Weiss to help promote it. Even bachelor nation people like Dean and Alexis were modeling the clothes. Pretty cool. Definitely a fun opportunity to take advantage of.

So does this mean the show is giving them a wedding? Maybe?

Carrie: What an amazing observation!

I don't know how much she's involved in the design of the dress. She always says she's a tomboy and even reiterated in her most recent interview she wants to wear pantsuit at her own wedding. My guess is the company used her name to promote the brand, imo of course.

@Alanna not sure why it would mean they were getting a wedding. They very well could be, but she helped design a bridesmaid dress. They were calling it an "engagement party" but it was very obvious this was a promotional party for Vow to be Chic and Rachel's new dress. They had other bachelor nation people modeling their wedding attire. Mindy Weiss was there to help promote it since she's in the wedding industry and she's been involved with the show before, so t makes sense.

Okay I can’t tell what’s going on with these couples but it pisses me off when they use their engagement as a way to promote stuff because I want a wedding out of someone already dangnabitAsh2214 wrote:@Alanna not sure why it would mean they were getting a wedding. @Alanna I love weddings, so I totally get it
They could be getting a wedding, but last night was a promotional event for a wedding attire company who just launched a new dress that Rachel helped with. I think it was kind of silly that they referred to it as an engagement party when the press and guests were specifically talking about the new dress that just launched, but to each their own

I'm all for it if that's what they want, but I guess I'm just confused as to why this would mean they're getting a televised wedding when she helped design a bridesmaid dress with a company that has nothing to do with ABC. The company then threw them an "engagement party" to help promote the dress.
They had some press there to help promote the dress, just like they did for Becca's blog launch for example.

Mindy Weiss has been the official planner for 2-3 previous Bach franchise weddings. Rachel designed a bridesmaid dress. They have moved their date from fall to spring of 2018. R&B have always said they are open to it. No one has to believe it but, a televised wedding is happening, IMO.Ash2214 wrote:I'm all for it if that's what they want, but I guess I'm just confused as to why this would mean they're getting a televised wedding when she helped design a bridesmaid dress with a company that has nothing to do with ABC.
