Essentially they're setting up Flo to go home. My guess is Laura's is the other difficult home town and her and Flo are bottom two.

I get why they are asking Matty why he is on the show given he was adored last year and was on the show already so his second time and he obviously wouldn't have trouble finding someone off the show (and maybe just did find someone pre-filming and her name begins and ends with Laura)
