Rachel and Bryan had the previously normal post season press tour. Their press tour was longer than the last few couples. I think we have been able to see more of them post season than some past couples because IMO they wisely planned their engagement parties to be part public and part private and have been able to shine a light on their real relationship. Kudos to them for taking the bull by the horns and correcting the narrative to the true one!! IMO Bryan and Rachel have done everything right post season.
I agree with @GuardianAngel (queen of BL analysis) that talks have been happening and R&B have a good idea about where they will live together. I have zero worry that that decision will be a stumbling block for them. Wherever they choose will be a joint decision IMO and it will be right for them. The one thing both of them stress is they are not doing long distance so they will settle in somewhere fairly soon. IMO.

IMO these engagement parties are part of the press tour and were set up by their agents. Doubt they paid for the big parties at the public venues.

I think the miami one for sure, but i don't think the dallas club was, because there weren't any press shots of them at. all. And it was barely picked up by the media, usually sponsored parties have the guests taking tons of "official" pics i think

I think this whole engagement party planning was very smart of them and a great idea. We know by Astrid's spoiler it was in the works for awhile. It got family and friends together, as well as fans. Everyone wins, sponsored or not.

@GuardianAngel Agree with your previous post. I think they have some idea where they are going to move, and just want to keep their moving plans private until things are fully worked out. I think they've done a good job of planning their engagement parties. They seem to be revealing things on their own timeframe to the public, one step at a time. One thing they've said consistently in interviews is that they're not about that long-distance life.

Lovely vibrant scenes of live Mariachi music and dance and food from last night. ("This is where I got all my lines from, baby." Ha! Bryan's got jokes.) It looked like the perfect fun intimate setting for Rachel to get acquainted with Bryan's family and friends and his culture. Mama Olga is a beautiful vivacious little old lady LOL.
It's been a crazy busy two weeks of joyous celebrations for these lovebirds, but there was much to celebrate! I like how their families were integral to the celebrations and are just all round positive fixtures in their lives. Rachel and Bryan are building that solid foundation for their budding relationship brick by brick and day by day IMO.

Something I noticed in the video Rachel posted when Olga wants to give the toast. Olga tells everyone she wants to make a toast to Bryan and Rachel, but everyone is talking, so she says, "Listen. I'll kill you." and she and everyone laughs. I like how she can laugh at herself and joke.
