Although IMO most things Peter does regarding this show is calculated, it makes sense that the "Bachelorette family" comment could pertain to some of the men being at his Bootcamp event. Iggy and Diggy participating makes sense because they live in Chicago. Just a hop, skip, and jump from Madison, WI.

Taken at different times? Trying not to totally give it away? Plenty of reasons.
For some reason I don't think Bryan and Rachel were there at separate times, yet again to take staged pics, but may just be me.

Was it the hot-tub episode week? That might explain it.
Just kidding. The pics might not be clicked at the same exact moment IMO. My BF and I have a throw on the couch when we watch TV and snuggle. I don't think it's unusual.
