Florence: I hate to say it but he seems to really like Laura
Simone: he had a lot of time with her. a lot of time

Florence: but you had 2 single dates.

I did not expect she would say that. I was hoping she would say something like that but to hear Laura says those words . It shows more than anything that she cares. Some people really need to take small steps.

Laura:
they have a very fun relationship. they are very much attracted physically. But it is very superficial. Laura is guarded and has walls and seems not able to open up because of the competition. I think she fell for matty but for me the kid issue is IMO too big to overcome. Matty is ready now, not in 8 years. I do see tenderness in matty's eyes. I do see emotion too (both) but somehow I do not think they are a match. (me thinking the psychic said so and this is why we had this awkward moment extremely edited and cut). Tara:
it started very playful. Like best friends turning into romantic. Matty is discovering layers upon layers. He find her beautiful inside and out. I saw more and more cuddles and hands playing both sides (neck, shoulders). I saw serious side as well as kid sides (both). I see evolution with tara but somehow. however i am not sure where is matty with her. I do see attraction but sometimes I see him a bit detached. Lot of hidden cocktail moments conversation hidden, seen but not heard.

Elise:
very intellectual. They also have a very playful interaction. I am not sure physical is as strong as laura, even tara. I think they have a lot in common though. But she came very very late and at this point. So unless she gets a 2nd date right before HTD? I think it would be a GF/BF relationship as she is very slow. No kid conversation. No future conversation. First date, few hours only... probably too late. For me she has the perfect F3 edit. Dust in our eyes to confuse us. typically same edits each season.


Matty is now a master at poker face. Each time a girl is expressing her feelings, he has this mask. Sometimes we can crack him and see he is bored (Florence). Sometimes we can see he is emotional or happy (Laura). Sometimes we can see he is happy (Tara)

IMO, matty at this stage is attracted to the 3 girls that bring different things on the table. I saw him seeking tara though, several time, and especially on the beach GD, he noticed she acted different and was worried enough to ask her why. considering the GD was with a lot of girls and lot of games.

On the other hand, i still see matty swallowing with laura. he did it during their 1st date before he kissed her, as well as his hand in his hair... and did it again when she was teary at the GD box and his hand in his hair on 2nd date.... can mean nothing but did not notice him doing it with the other girls, so it IS possible that laura is the one from the start.

elise... this season, we all agree, was edited very weirdly. many cut and edits,  overdose (more than usual) drama in the ouse until very late....... so i am not running out the scenario that elise is his slow burn. and i do remember him saying that he can fall in love at first conversation....... i would be surprised if elise is F1 but not that much. HOwever, I am waiting the edits from prods to show me she is ready to have a family soon. and so far she said that she needs time to open up too... a la laura?

I see evolution with the 3 girls but not at the same speed.

From the start, I have this feeling that he wanted Laura. But she never opened up. They remained at this flirtatious level, then the kid difference, then the drama, then the jealousy, then not being able to open up... that is a lot to overcome!! But prods are messy this season so who knows??? ..... elora and florence were nice distractions.... then prods pushed tara. I am almost positive that the prods told him to go on 1st date with tara (Matty: I did not know what I would find -not verbatim-.... sounds very much like a blind date organized by the prods to me... So he fell for tara but did not forget laura but somehow his conversation on the boat was cute and nice but taking a step back, definitely not a "we are on the same level, we can move on" kinda feeling... then he has tara who is yes OTT but he seems to like it a lot. (the important word is HE seems to like it a lot... not us) ..... then arrive elise... so for me, matty was attracted to all 3 at once.... but for me I still think he came for fame and glory of course but he wanted to find the mother of his kids. He was not interested in a girlfriend.

So I am still thinking Tara. But not as strongly as I use to. Maybe it was only friend zone since day 1 with her. And maybe Elise is the full package? Laura is still in the running but if he picks her, I fear this is not going to be roses every day... her being "right all the time" and him being what I fear quite selfish and stubborn.

I am not impressed by matty to be honest. I see glimpses of selfishness, stubborn, pouting guy, immaturity. I have a feeling it is his way or no way.
