If according to Rachel, they talk about each epi, discuss it and move on, I would think they've discussed the player show and anything else she may have questions about IMO.

As I recall, in that interview, Rachel said that Bryan was not a player on her season. (IMO she didn't say he wasn't a player since filming ended, like maybe she hasn't seen him since then. But Bryan couldn't have been a player on her season, so there were no other women there, right? JMO)

I honestly saw that interview as another slip up 1:46 - 2:16. Rachel said, "He's [Bryan's] not a player anymore then she added from what I understand, from my show. IMO she was signaling that she took Bryan off the market and then cleaned it up.

But not in love, for both of them.

Eric is very matter of fact guy. He thinks a lot, analyze a lot.... but one thing I love the most about him is that he does not have an onze of mean side about him. I am 100% convinced he wished the best to Rachel when she decided to let him go. I am sure he hugged her, was upset of course but I have little doubt that he knew (re: PI about the watches). So the news was not news to him.

I also think (discussed on this forum many times) that he stayed in Spain in his hotel until the finale and maybe flew with Peter who shared the story... or the crew. But he knew the ending.

True, this makes sense. I can totally see this.

In fact, I can see that Eric pulled back a lot after his 1:1 date in Copenhagen . I think because he didn't get another 1:1 in Geneva, he was almost resigned to thinking Rachel was most into Bryan, especially with the watches. AND, the biggest thing, was how much Rachel stressed over sending Matt home, then she couldn't seem to decide between Eric and Adam. After that great date in Copenhagen? and she never even had a date with Adam? and she was so broken up over Adam? For someone who is so cautious about falling in love, that had to take Eric back a few steps. I was thinking he was guarding his heart. And then we see him tell her at his HTD that he loves her as in he cares about her. Well, sure. But she looks disappointed, like she didn't want to hear that caveat after the ILY. On the other hand, there is the fact that if she could barely decide between Eric and Adam, for heavens' sake, normally that means Eric is going home next. That one that gets the rose on the last 3-1, or 2-1 is normally going home next. But she kept him. So for me, it means that Rachel really has feelings for Eric and is holding on to him for a reason. And we also see her becoming cold toward Peter during this same time frame, from Geneva forward. She talks to Peter in a deep, matter-of-fact voice, not a loving voice. Like he has become MOT to her.

It becomes even more clear on Eric's MTP, when he tells her mom he is not in love with Rachel. That was AHA moment. That's the block. He's not in love with her. He has friendzoned HER, not the other way around. That was a little shocking to me.

Eric may not be F1, and probably isn't, but I do think Peter goes home before Eric. JMO She said FDs were a game changer, and I think Eric upped his game with her, and Peter's plunged south. I like others have said, I cannot see dwelling on Peter for most of the finale.

One guy I would have also liked is Matt but he is so normal that it would not work. Also Alex but he was MIA during the show and MTN so zero chance IMO. Outside of Rachel's season, those were the only 2 with eric I liked. Kenny maybe, but I am not sure they want another Jason here

regarding Kenny, I think they knew they had nothing to offer for MTA, so they added McKenzie in order to not JUST have negative racism and stupid whaboom. So it looked good on TV. There is never a free nice gesture for them.... and Disney? Looks also good and free ads.

I think that the way Rachel said that she doesn't want any of the men from her season to be the next Bachelor, almost seemed like she was saying it from a place of having disdain for the guys in the top 4. I was surprised at the way she said it. But probably she didn't want to give anything away at that point. I would prefer they pick someone outside of this season. I don't know who.

i do not exclude Luke.... yeah yeah nobody wants to hear his name around here but he is way too much around alumni and in LA. He refused BIP saying his agenda did not allow it but we know that going at BIP is definitely a huge shadow to become the bachelor. imo Luke reminds me so much of Nick. I dunno. I see Luke a lot in the bach world, using them yes but still. we'll see.

Luke may be around and spend time with Bach nation people to stay relavent, but IMO CH and production don't have anything for him.  So I don't think he has much of a shot.  He's another one I'll pass on.

IMO Dean is a strong candidate. CH implied it may be someone from BiP, they would be watching for someone to come out of BiP? And I think Dean has shown he can juggle more than one at a time And he has a large following. And he is very open to diversity, which they can continue into the next season. JMO

I didn't watch JoJo's season, but just going by looks, I think Chase is the best looking one from her season. Was he a good guy? Don't know anything about him.

I'm not interested watching Dean any more than I'd watch Luke.  Someone else may have to SC for the season.
