I have seen him look mildly annoyed at certain things on the show, but he is VERY good at keeping it on the down low. I still remember his sassy face when someone else got the group date rose. But I think he is very secure in himself, so he doesn't really compare himself with others. Like he didn't get any date the first week and he didn't get his one on one until late in the season, but he didn't seem to be angsting about it too much.

Other instances when he appeared mildy annoyed are when the group was grilling him about his date in the deleted scene and sometimes when Rachel goes on and on about the too good to be true thing. And when he was telling Rachel about his ex calling him to break up with him, you can hear in his voice it's still kind of a sore spot.

Funny enough, I started liking him after the Ellen date. I didn't take notice of him before then. The part that won me over was watching him during the Never Have I Ever portion. I just saw someone so laid back and comfortable in his own skin, not bashful about his answers. I though it was quite attractive.
