Bachelorette 13 - Rachel Lindsay - Episode 8 - July 17 - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

Peter look damn good in a suit!

Finally CH makes an appearance.

Spider eyelashes and glittering eyeshadow. I wish they would tone the eye make up down.

I want to see her dress when she stands up.

Here's the struggling part but it's really she feels bad sending Dean home.

2 major WTF moments: 1) what's up with Rachel's glow in the dark silver eye make up and lip slicker?
2) what's up with CH's Chia haircut? It looks like 3 inch implants.

Rachel only sounds sure of Bryan. Millsy said she was in love at HTDs. Definitely about Bryan IMO.

At this point she might as well just pick Bryan, and send everyone else home.

The make up department had some major fails with her eye shadow this season.  She's so pretty and they aren't helping enhance that at all with all the glitter, IMO.

I think that Dean is young and in a lot of ways, he is the 15 yr old who lost his mother and in his mind and experience, his father as well. He could use some good therapy (and I don't mean that in a negative way) because I would hate for him to be held back by waiting to forgive his father until he gets an apology from him that may never come.

Honestly, after watching these hometowns, what choice did Rachel have other than Bryan? Eric is great but she knows that him falling in love for the first time does not equal ready for marriage; Peter's own mother doesn't think he's ready and his most dominant emotion is ambivalence; Dean is awesome but so young and has a lot of emotional healing and maturing to do. That leaves Bryan- who at 37, is understandably single when viewed through the lens of the high standards of his loving but very involved Latino mother. Any women entering that situation will have to tread very, very lightly and recognize that she comes in second or never set herself up to oppose his mom. But Bryan is all in...even if he is too all in and is not using his head at all. [Plus Rachel is a smitten kitten over the man so there's that].

Very interesting. Don't recall a series of HTs like this at all. They are usually picture perfect, Americana. This was very, very real.

Boyfriend just came in and asked if she's pretending to be a hooker for a date because of the make up He's been banned back to the living room but yeah, that makeup is rough.

I'm sure...because he's going to feel like it's because of his family and regret bringing her there when really that is only part of it.

And she said she feels bad that she has to go thru this,,being selfish to get what she wants!!! The next weeks we will see a drastic change in her and the other 2guys! JMO
