I think this was directed at Peter. He got the romantic date in the ALps.  Rachel is a smart woman and she deserves someone real and authentic, which IMO is Peter.  I can't imagine her picking TOG because he is not good enough for her, IMO.
In an interview she said she googled her Fiancé after airing and found no concerns. With TOG, there would have been concerns IMO.
I think since Rachel is the first black contestant, ABC is going to show us the real love story and that's why they allowed her to share her engagement at the beginning, because majority of viewers will relish in their love story. All JMHO. We'll see how it plays out.

Thanks so much for this post.  I really don't know who she choses. I lean towards thinking it is Bryan. The show has evolved (devolved) to the point where anything less than a proposal is viewed as a failure.  It is really crazy to expect a successful relationship to bloom until after the show airs and real life begins in earnest again.  IMHO, I think while Bryan has been chasing her, she has been chasing Peter. We've seen a lot of sleuthing and some compelling information.  To me though, with all respect to the great sleuthers here, there could still be room for interpretation of some of the clues we have seen.  Her decision IMO is the guy who she has crazy sexy chemistry with and who loves her, or the guy she says she "longs for".  I know who I would choose but it is her choice of course.  Of interest to me was her statement about Mondays and talking with her F1 (during? or after the show).   He needs time to "process" everything.   Does Bryan need to process, IDK....Eric, maybe....Peter, ding ding ding!  Mr Process!

I think Peter's mom was saying he wouldn't necessarily be ready to propose by the final rose but he could be ready for being committed to her. He wants marriage and kids but wants to be 100% sure if he proposes. If I were a mother of a contestant on this show I would say the same thing. It's not realistic for there to be a proposal after just a few months especially when there are all these other guys involved. What the proposal means is I really really like you, maybe out of the bubble we will find love... let's date and get to know each other.Very few of these "engagements" end up in marriage which should tell us something. It won't change because we've come to expect it but it's silly. JMO.

Don't more of the international shows go more with choosing someone not necessarily with a proposal? I wish we were more like that.
