I'm sure there were other couples that when on unauthorized SHV. If Rachel is in Wisconsin, she wouldn't be the first nor last. imo

Last season Jordan sneaked into Jojo's hotel room.

I can definitely see Peter doing the Brooks thing at F3. Leaving. When he was the spoiler and after their first 1-1, I thought he is like Brooks. She is gushing and he is ambivalent, and she can't see it. He going to be like Brooks and bow out at F3. Don't know if he will or not, but I can definitely see it. He clearly does NOT want to be F1. imo

If Peter bows out I am so going to side eye him more than ever before!

Puts a whole new meaning to him liking that FB post about "strategy to get to F2 just to become the Bachelor"

IMO, if she was in WI, especially unauthorized, I would think they'd hole up at his family's lake house or somewhere a little more private.  But who knows... Stranger things have happened.  And maybe the holiday inn is going all out, romantic for Peter?  If it's an express, at least they'll be smarter after spending the night.

I just mean that with SHV planned for the long holiday weekend seems highly unlikely they are in a random Holiday Inn in Wisconsin on Tuesday night.
