@dolcimumma, Yes that was part of a pre-season promotional article for the Sydney girls.  They did one for most of the capital cities at that time except WA because of course Elise MUST NOT BE SEEN.  They finally did something like 3 days later.

Hi @dolcimumma. It's a great find and I instantly thought it might be it, but comparing the two pics IMO I don't think it's the same dress. In the screencap which is speculated to be Elise the polka dots are in a more random pattern, whereas Laura's dress seems to have the dots in distinct rows, closer together. Happy to be proven wrong though!

@solaroo...you correct.....we already sleuthed that polka dot dress to the one Elise wore having drinks with her friends per a posting on her IG. It actually has little stars in random patterns when you zoom in on Sundy's SC.

So Tara got tonight's single date, but it isn't the screencap above. Looks like it could still be Elise, but when???

@Emayem....I think it was Tara...she must have changed her nail polish to that gold tone color similar to Elise's IMO between the Epsiode 5 CP and her SD with Matty tonight...she was clearly wearing a white color at the Episode 5 CP.
