I would think there would be so many coming out of the woodwork in his defense if those thing being said about him were not true. JMO

True, but maybe they don't watch the show and since they know him as John Smith or some other name, they haven't connected the dots. It makes more sense that he is a real racist person but I just cannot believe he would still go on tv and be so vile. Now he's saying he's getting death threats (but who would believe that?). I had read his questionnaire before the tweets came out, and I must say I side-eyed the fact that his favorite movie is Gone with the Wind, and then some said she saw his tweets in huge support of Trump. I just thought those two things didn't sound right for a white guy from Mississippi going on the Bachelorette to date a black woman. Then he started in on Eric and the tweets were coming out. Just seems so contrived. Even if a racist were going on the show to infiltrate and ruin the season, doesn't seem he would be so obvious about it. Even if a young guy has seen Gone with the Wind (a 4 hour saga most young people have not seen), would he list it on an abc bachelorette questionnaire? Seems ott. Too blatant. And all these producers who act so "evolved" and "new age modern" are getting reamed out by fans for their participation - Elan. Elan is so critical of bigots, yet.... very hypocritical imo.

I don't think Lee cares what anyone thinks of him. If he did he wouldn't be such a jerk IMHO.

But he should care if he wants to continue making a living as a singer/songwriter in Nashville, playing gigs around town! He might have to move back home and hide!

This must be the pre-tweet explosion, or may be Rachel being playful since it was a game. The above posts reminded me of it due to the whole reference of "making music" with Lee.

@SFoster  IA It will be interesting to see if his IG becomes public after he is eliminated. He's going to have to make it public sometime if he's going to use his exposure to his benefit, although it was a pretty crappy exposure.

That was interesting. Could be misdirection but interesting she picked Will over Peter on who she would Rather watch TV with. She did pick Bryan over the tickle monster for a massage.

@Tiggerlgh misdirection, or otherwise, I wouldn't mind seeing a little more Will on my screen. He hasn't gotten much airtime in the last four weeks, but I hope that changes.

Agreed! And if I was asking the questions I would have made her pick between Eric and Peter for who to workout with.

It's funny how she picks up the picture without even looking. Seems her responses are canned too. It's like she's reading cue cards off to the side and maybe they are handing her the cards. JMO
