Okay, I'm just happy my summer fun show is back on. After that it's football for 6 months. xo friends

I'm so happy that the investigation determined that there was no misconduct! I'm glad the show will be returning this summer. Having to tone it down might not be a bad thing because I do think it was getting to be too OTT. I bet they have more viewers than ever this year due to the controversy.

I just wonder what's going to happen, if anything, to the 2 producers who filed complaints? I still wonder what made them file the complaints if they didn't see the encounter firsthand or saw a video of it. Are their careers as producers in Hollywood over?

Already on it! haha It helps that we have an even better idea of who to stalk now. We know everyone that was already there, plus the 4 girls waiting in the wings.

Now my cynical mind wonders if the show did this, escalated the situation to create scandal, buzz, and ratings.

This trashy show... this entire franchise is completely freaking brilliant. Serious genius this real life soap opera that happens in prime time television.

It's going to be interesting how they show the relationships that have already formed. There was never a situation before where people actually took a break from filming, got out of the 'show bubble' and into the real world, and then resumed filming

We need our Aussie friends to keep track of the other's that were quoted as saying they were going to BIP.

Agree. It's "the story" a lot of viewers will be thinking about. It also gives them 2-3 weeks of epis.
I could also see Carly&Evan's wedding airing in sequence then the BIP cast return.
IMO this ended up being a goldmine for tptb.

It will be interesting, considering the show is about adding people in to see if people will want to date those new people instead. But since some may be still dating IRL how that will work. I always think it's unfair the ones that get put on later, because they have no chance and most are already coupled up. But now it may be worse it they've already had a couple weeks of dating. I mean, if there are already couples, why do those couples need to be on the show? I know it's because they met there and have a contract, but still. Will be frustrating for new people they add in.
