This is all just wrong. If Corinne is right, BIP is grossly negligent. If Corinne is wrong, then her attempt at saving face should be considered slander. Gross all around, no matter the side. I have zero respect for all involved.

@Cocoasneeze
From another article:
"According to E! News, the producer was not present when the encounter occurred, has not viewed footage of the encounter, and only heard about it second or third hand."
Also in the article is a picture of Corrine with the producer and mentioning that they're friends.

Kinda of makes it seem possible that Corinne could have been coerced heavily to do the various things she did, or encouraged greatly jmo. Maybe that's why she feels like a victim. Interesting that Ashlee thinks that the producers wouldn't stop sex in the open , they would run with it...
She actually said that it was her understanding that only cameramen were there ... no producers or handlers ... and they dont step in unless its something dangerous ..... other cast didnt seem to think anything out of the ordinary was going on either. BIP is raunchy... plain and simple and anyone that goes on it know the score and are agreeable .... this whole fiasco is much ado about nothing IMO ....just another day in Paradise....
I find it odd that no producers or handlers were there on the very first day of filming. Where were they and what were they doing instead? From recent articles that have given Jasmine's and Raven's accounts, we know they were there because they witnessed the events unfold firsthand. If those two were there, then it's not a stretch to believe that other contestants were there as well. Maybe the camera crew isn't allowed to intervene, but I would hope that if something truly nefarious was going on - like someone was in the process of being sexually assaulted - that they would have stepped in to put an end to it. I'm not sure by the way AshLee phrased it if she's getting inside information or she's just reading in between the lines of all the media accounts that are out there. AshLee said in the article something along the lines of 'it was her understanding that no producers or handlers were there'. She could have just assumed that since the 2 producers who filed complaints weren't there (including Corinne's producer/handler) that no other producers were there. Also, I don't know how close AshLee is to 'Bachelor Nation' any longer. Her season was a while ago, so would she really have any inside sources who could give her credible information as to what happened? I don't know. I just think in that interview, AshLee was simply her stating her opinion, but that she really doesn't know anything that the rest of us don't already know.
One thing I'm interested is the timeline of everything. When did the encounter happen with DeMario? Was it late morning, afternoon, evening? If the incident happened with DeMario in the afternoon, then Corinne went on to interact and make out with multi other men afterwards did that happen in the evening? I just think if the incident happened earlier in the day, how could no producers/handlers but the camera crew be around? If it happened in the middle of the night, maybe that was the case, but if it happened earlier in the day, probably not.
We also have Jasmine's and Raven's accounts that state that Corinne was not acting any differently than she had in Nick's season and that she was very coherent when the incident was happening. I think it adds more credibility to their statements since they put their names to their words and just didn't get their information out there as a anonymous source. It will be interesting to see if other contestants step forward and confirm their account.
I hope at some point we will get an accurate account of everything. I do agree with you that this could actually turn out to be much ado about nothing and just another day in BIP.
http://variety.com/2017/tv/news/bachelor-in-paradise-demario-jackson-lawyer-interview-1202469321/
This was DeMario's Lawyer speaking out on the time frame. "According to Mosley, Jackson’s “very limited interaction” with her happened around 5 p.m. “That’s not at night — that’s early evening,” says Mosley. “If you read the account [in tabloids], they suggest that there were three other people who had similar hookups with Corinne throughout the night, after DeMario — none of which have been perceived like my client has, but those hookups would have happened at night.”
If she was soo wasted at the pool like they claim, how could she possibly have made it to the night portion of the date while still drinking and mingling with the other castmates? IMO, they are trying to blame Demario of something because why not the rest of the guys she was hanging all over just hours later, and i'm pretty sure even more drunk? if she was not falling down drunk and looked very coherent, yet she claimed she had no memory, then do they expect the castmates and producers to preconceive that maybe they should stop her because she MIGHT have no memory the next day? Thats where being an adult comes in. No one can predict whether someone might not have a memory while drinking, even when they look like they are coherent. Its up to the adult to stop drinking. There is a difference between someone being abused, r*ped, where someone definitely needs to step in, but if she appears to be enjoying herself then her castmates and producers are not there to babysit her actions because she might regret them the next day. As we all know, the video will be the key. If she's walking, talking, and a participant, then why should anyone step in because she MIGHT not remember the next day, thats on her.

I guess the thought is that her alcohol consumption should have been noticed and her behavior stopped, as in taking keys from a driver. But yes, everybody's ability to handle alcohol is different, and Corinne seemed even in nicks season to drink a lot most of the time. She obvi has a problem with alcohol.... And it sure seems that the very attempt to cut her off precipitated her revenge, jmo
The biggest mistake by the newbie producers may well be their taking Corinne at face value and rushing to defend her - ie not knowing she was being vengeful and manipulative, jmo. But only the tapes can prove this for certain....

IA but I keep going back to the producer not viewing the tapes, if in fact that's true. If it is true, then who brought it to the producers attention? Corinne who apparently doesn't remember anything who also apparently hadn't viewed the tapes? The cameramen who apparently don't get involved unless someone is getting hurt, or cast? So far we have heard from some cast. I'd like to know who the person is that approached the producer, and when did that occur, that evening the next day? If Corinne continued having her fun throughout the evening, who were the other three individuals and why aren't they coming forward?

@GuardianAngel since I've heard that people were recounting the stories to Corinne the next day, I assumed that's how those producers heard about it as well. And that they were concerned with the actions that they heard took place and that they were allowed to continue. Some of the articles have mentioned the names of the other guys she made out with, but I can't recall them off the top of my head. I can't say I blame them for not wanting to drag themselves into this publicly since they weren't involved in the incident in question and they probably are cooperating internally/figure the tapes will show anything they would say.

What is the latest? Do we now think that neither Corrine and Demario have seen the actual footage of the incident? Because Corrine's story seems to be growing legs and constantly changing.

To me, it's a lot of stupidity that does not add up.
The one producer, Shelby Adams has been working in reality tv since 2014. She did 12 episodes of TB this past season. She worked Coupled 10 episodes 2016 and before that 2 good seasons(2015-14) with The Biggest Loser(2 episodes) and Are You the One(19 episodes) . source
Why risk being blackballed and commit professional suicide, when you don't know what happened? For hearsay?
I does not add up. It's a difficult path on the way to up take such a huge risk for that tumble down.

@Jane81 Thank you. I don't recall reading who the other three were. Maybe they are staying quiet which is the smart thing to do IMO. I wondered what their story would be, those who have spoken out, or Corinne's side.
@Kashathediva IA something doesn't add up as far as how the producer came to the conclusion to file a complaint as serious as that, without proof if in fact that's what's happened.
Apparently she regrets it, if we are to believe she said that. I wonder if she regrets the way she handled it, or she regrets jumping the gun or what exactly is she regretting. If she truly believed what she was told was true, there should be zero regret IMO.

@GuardianAngel I would imagine she regrets waking up that morning in Paradise and everything about that day.
The public will move on and IMO, she will be forgotten except by those in production.
After this is all settled, she will be out of a job and done with reality tv and possibly all tv. JMOAA

@GuardianAngel I also remember reading the names of the other guys Corinne made out with. Of course, I can't remember who they were, but it is definitely posted somewhere in here.

Reality Steve mentioned the other 3 men in one of his columns.
