If I were a guy, I wouldn't have touched C with a ten foot pole. A previous article said that she had kissed 3 other guys after the incident with D. Now, in this article Jasmine said the same thing. Jasmine took it one step further, though, implying that the 3 men were victims of C's aggressions and unable to consent themselves! SMH. Not sure if this is an exaggeration, as I don't find any of these people so far to be very credible sources. If she is trying to exaggerate what happened with the other men as a way to get back at C, I think that is just wrong. Nobody should be exaggerating or spinning the facts of what happened. If the 3 other men were so drunk that they couldn't consent, sounds like a Roman orgy.

You have to be following the person on IG. Go to instagram.com and you will see their bio pic with a circle around it. That tells you they have posted an IG story. Click on it and you should be able to view. If you are not following the person or if they didn't post an IG story or it has expired, you won't see their bio pic within a circle at the top of the page.

You actually don't have to be following them, if their account is public you can just go to their profile and click the pic with circle

Sorry, but I don't with Ms. Chokey-Chokey. She didn't even like Corrine until the WTA so she could latch on the star of Nick's season. Jmo

Let me clarify, that's the way it works for me on laptop. I do not use my phone for internet usage. If I'm not following I do not see any IG stories if I go to their IG account.

I find it highly unlikely Jasmine would say those things if it wasn't what she saw. Why put her name into it and say something that isn't true? Nothing good will come of that for her.

The comments of Corinne's attorney trying to use the fact that production shut down to support that what she claims happen did in fact happen is bothering me. Production would likely shut down regardless because of the complaint filed and the fact one can't prove what Corinne remembers or doesn't remember. They have to take this type of claim very seriously.

If Jasmine saw it, then she should stop talking for legal reasons. If her story changes even a bit, it could affect the case.

If she didn't see it, she should stop talking because she didn't see it.

Yea wth, why is she allowed to talk to the media about her story. I think it's funny how Jasmine says she "loves Corinne but...." is throwing her under the bus.

I'm trying to take what Jasmine said as seriously as I took what Corrine said in terms of consent. But I can't even process Jasmine's statement because we now have the following:

Corrine claiming she was too drunk to consent
Jasmine saying 3 other guys were not able to consent (because they were too drunk?)

So basically, it's just an orgy where people are getting sexually assaulted all over the place because they are all either too drunk to too aggressive to consent.

Do any of them know what consent means? I'm being serious, I'm starting to wonder if they are just throwing around big words without any sense of the impact that kind of language has. Wherever this lands, it's not a good look for this show. Jasmine might be helping with Demaurio in terms of those allegations, but she's not helping this franchise survive this media storm.

I think Jasmine is starting to sound vindictive. JMO.

I genuinely think Jasmine believes nothing bad happened to Corinne, that she's lying. I also think the facts as Jasmine's presented them are a lot closer to the truth than the picture Corinne's trying to paint, and that's fueling her very obvious (IMO) anger at having an opportunity for more fame taken from her. It's coming across as a little sad and a lot desperate. All JMO.

I agree. It's probably standard protocol for WB, or any production company for that matter, to do an investigation if there is a claim that a crime occurred on set. I just listened to Kate Casey's interview with an entertainment lawyer and she asked a question that pretty much answers why it was shut down. From the Reality Life Ep-42...

Kate: Is a legal advantage to the defense to scrap the season? The defense, if we said the defense was obviously the production company.

Priya: It's possible because the legal advantage would be in having a thorough, complete, and immediate investigation. That's an important defense for anyone who might be in the networks, the producers, or even a joint employer type situation. Having a complete, thorough, unbiased investigation immediately always helps. And in order to do that, you have to isolate people, you have to talk to them individually, and you would have to halt filming, if not scrap your season.


I'm not a lawyer and even I figured this was the reason for the investigation from the start, so I'm surprised Marty said, "If nothing improper occurred on the set of Bachelor in Paradise, why was the production shut down within two days of production?" It seems like common sense that if someone claims a crime occurred on set, major or minor, production would have to put things on hold to investigate. IMO, the only reason they scrapped it is because they wouldn't have enough time left at the resort to complete filming after the investigation.
