Yes I think so, Rachel responded to this girl Astrid. It appears that Rachel wasn't tagged in the original tweet, but she picked it up from #thebachelorette - which Rachel calls "her hashtag"

It's the show's hashtag. Whoever is the current lead, the emoji will reflect their face, like it did Nick's last season. That doesn't make it Rachel's hashtag, anymore than it was Nick's last season.

Idk what the big deal about her say 'my' is, whether it's 'my girls' or 'my hashtag'. The girls are her friends, I don't even know her and I call her my girl in my posts all the time, sorry for the offence? no idea

& considering the hashtag has her face, IA that it's hers, at least until someone else's face is there instead of hers. All Jmo.

@dartbachfan27 I like your example that you used and it illustrates a very common type of communication that i am very familiar with and even use myself. However I can see how some may interpret how Rachel talks or what she says differently because they may not be familiar with that way of communication.....all jmo anyways.
