my point is why Peter could not accommodate his own schedule too? It is IMO a temporary period between FRC and the finale airing so why not working part time or adjust their appointments? why does it have to go back full time and 8-5 mon-fri? They both (guys) took time for the show, why not taking partial time twice a month or change/accommodate their agenda for the SHV?

I fail to see why each time we talk about SHV, week ends or long week ends is almost all the time mentioned.

They have been known to do shv when the lead is doing interviews in LA

Because Rachel has gone MIA other than during work hours during the week. Matching it up with who else also has no or limited SM activity leans towards Bryan.  Other than Memorial Day weekend, when they were all MIA, Peter has clearly been at work or home during the times that we've suspects Rachel's been on a SHV.

Rachel is supposed to be working, most lawyers have to have work hours during the week. Even if they work all weekend and after hours too.  Bryan's office hours would tend more during the week too, IMO.  And we've seen proof Peter is working during the week.  Not only his schedule thats available on line but actual proof of people that have been in his classes.  

While SHVs do not always have to be weekends, IMO, this season they are with probably an extra day or two off to make it a long weekend.

Correct most are done in CA (I wouldn't say LA) but they have been done other places and countries. But most are done in CA. And some have snuck in other visits (e.g. Josh and Andi)

Yes that is correct

ok so rachel is supposed to be working but yet she took some time off to go to jamaica for the wedding of her friend. She also has most probably some ABC mandatory promo to do along he way between FRC and finale on TV. So for me it is not full time back on her job. She also works on cases/files which is not a full time 8-5 mon-fri.

For me she is part time back at her job.

I also believe that Bryan and Peter can both accommodate their agenda to free themselves whenever needed.

Now, what Is interesting @Ladybug82 is indeed to compare the "silence SM time". Is it possible to have a recap of the SHV dates sleughted since the FRC please?

Many attorneys are able and do work from home, also. Not every thing has to be done from the office. So because it appears that she is not doing work, she may actually being doing more than what it appears.
Some attorneys also have offices set up at home in order to facilitate this.
Appearances IMO can be deceiving and can not be generalized or quantified.

Many attorneys are able and do work from home, also. Not every thing has to be done from the office. So because it appears that she is not doing work, she may actually being doing more than what it appears.

totally agree here.
And a case can be a 12-14 hours straight work for a couple of days. but still I hardly see her taking confidential documents with her on her trips for the wedding and or LA promos. JMHO. And she also can accept or refuse a file/case right? She is not bound to have X cases per day/week/month. I also believe she could accept the "level" of the file. (not sure how to explain that). If the case is heavy, she will most probably spend endless hours on it. If the case is less "serious", she would spend less time.

all here is just thoughts I am sharing, not facts.
