@TLTF +the "you in for some trouble" line...sorry I paraphrased. Can't remember the exact line but yeah you get the point. Almost like he was trying to fashion himself as a bad boy instantly. Oh & lets not forget literally moving on super duper fast with that slimy kiss but maybe that's just my old fashioned self talking  

@GetUpGirl I agree. I hope Rachel ask him the same question she asked Peter about being single. I'm curious what he'll say.

So just cant wait to see something else from him. I'd happily change my mind then.

Rachel admitted she likes "trouble" when he walked away to go back into the mansion after coming out of the limo. So far I haven't seen anything that Rachel didn't like about him. We have a lot of epi's to go, so I'm looking out for what her issue will be with Bryan. It will probably be is he ready to settle down, I'm guessing.

@TLTF Right!? I am sooo TeamPeter, but I really want to like Bryan if that is who Rachel chose. I don't dislike him. But I like him less now than when I did before the season started. I haven't been impressed with him yet, but I actually want to be. Just seems like any ol smooth talker that I used to meet out in the club.

We need to see more, which I assume we will, if he is F1.

TBH, I can't even re-watch that first kiss between the 2 of them. I guess just not my style.

JMO But to me there is a huge difference between what a 17-18 year old boy writes in a high school yearbook (I'm sure as a joke) and what a 25 year old man (when the frontal lobe should be fully developed) actually does.  I would like to see more of Bryan to better assess my feelings toward him, but so far, not liking the cheesy lines, the bold tongue-diving moves out of the gate and the attention seeking kiss reveal.  He has said some nice things to her but they come across as disingenuous to me.  He might be the sweetest guy on earth, but I am not convinced yet.  Who knows, even Warren Beatty settled down, although I think he was in his 50's.

@Dookam23 Rachel will do the same thing Nick did. Unfortunately as the lead for the show you have to mislead and take people further than you want to. It is all part of having a show. JMO.

The same way many leads have before because that's the nature of this show. The same way Ben told JoJo he loved her and picked Lauren, the same way Andy Baldwin told Bevin he loved her and picked Tessa. The same way Emily made out heavily with Arie and picked Jef. The same way Kaitlyn told Nick she loved him multiple times and picked Shawn. I could go on.

Nick did not send Rachel home like garbage. He simply chose someone else over her because that's how this show they all willingly signed up for goes. He treated her no different than the over thirty leads they've had on the Bachelor/Bachelorette. And I'm sure Rachel will say amazing things to her final guys before she eliminates them all and picks her Final 1.

JMO But to me there is a huge difference between what a 17-18 year old boy writes in a high school yearbook (I'm sure as a joke) and what a 25 year old man (when the frontal lobe should be fully developed) actually does.

IMO, this feels very much like playing semantics to validate whatever opinion one has. In this case, Bryan is the player with a bad "vibe" so clearly his appearance on that show over 13 years ago only validates and supports this. But Peter is an amazing and great guy so that comment was obviously just a joke and doesn't really mean anything.

IMO, if Bryan is going to be judged on the basis of a decision he made as a 24 year old guy who was probably like many 24 year olds, fresh out of college, partying and having fun; then it's a little hypocritical to give Peter a pass off a comment he made because well "obviously it was a joke". Maybe in my opinion, it's best to judge both guys on their merits now, rather than stuff that was said and done more than a decade ago.

A man who's reserved is so sexy to me. A quiet confidence? a little awkwardness? I melt.

In personality wise, Nick reminds me of Peter. They're both sorta awkward but that's what cute about both of them.

@lleyki The difference is, people already had these concerns about Bryan before the reality tv show appearance became public. It's easier to dismiss Peter's comment as a joke because its not like he had the "I'm just here to be famous" vibe before hand. IMO, you have to overlook a lot to argue that Bryan seems genuine. You don't really have to ignore much or anything to believe Peter is genuine. Was anyone actually surprised to find out Bryan was on a reality TV about being a player? The yearbook quote was actually surprising and more than anything ironic IMO. Peter gets the benefit of the doubt from me because he doesn't seem like that same 18 year old boy. Bryan still comes across as the 24 year old player. Lurking here after episode 1, a lot of people said he sounded like a pick up artist.

thanks for stating what I want to say so perfectly! I actually think Bryan kinda even looks like Warren Beatty but that might just be me
