@Max64 so you think he got the dog on a date with Rachel?

The Instagram picture is tagged location as Chaser's Bar and Grill, Madison, and it appears to be downtown, and it was dated April 22, same day as Peter's HTD.  If Rachel and Peter were at the farmers market, I bet Peter saw the dog then.  All my opinion, but the dates line up, and he probably picked her up after he was done with filming..

Well it seems IMO he's usually on IG the same time as Rachel. It's funny how he posted he's #home 10 minutes after Rachel posted a pic from last night that she's in JA. If I'm away for anyone's destination wedding, the last thing I'm concerned about is SM

When I pull up Madison farmers market, there's a picture of the Capitol building it's weird that Peter just posted a picture of the Capitol   Peter are you reading this??
