If Peter starts shilling laxative teas like so many other social media influencers do, then I'll be the first to call it out.*EDIT* But in the meantime, I just wanted to show my appreciation for how he reminds people that a healthy diet and exercise regimen can't be replaced by supplements. And that people who have average physical activity levels don't need to take supplements if they have a balanced diet. IMO And that there is no one-size-fits-all easy solution to general well-being because every individual is different. I really appreciate this Peter's approach here.

@jjjami Right?? The nutritionists that I've seen preach this same message--that nothing (not a magical pill or supplement) can replace or fix a bad diet. Obviously, he isn't perfect, but from what I've seen, he has integrity, has good morals, is conscientious, and is compassionate towards others, particularly those less fortunate than him. Didn't Rachel say that her fiance had good morals and has integrity? That descriptor fits Peter to a T.
