Caption is about this being a team meeting today. Respect that V collaborated with these special Ed teachers as part of her foundation work.  It would have been much easier IMO to just do events and write cheques but instead she devotes extra time to hear what others in the field think, need, and want.  Wonderful approach . Empowerment - one woman at a time.
