Nick has also posted several fast forward insta vid segments of the reception - various peeps dancing.

What a beautiful photo! I love how close Nick is to his mom. They have a very special relationship and I just love the whole Viall family. My favorite family from this franchise.

And how awesome is it that Nick is engaged and with his gorgeous fiance Vanessa at his sister's wedding! LOVE

Both Nick and Vanessa posted almost identical sunset pics on IG story.  May be a WI lake?


From previous weekend vid they appeared to have rented a vehicle as they hopped around a bit to various restaurants that were in varies communities aside from the location of the wedding.  Seems Nick is sharing some his past with V just like she toured him around Montreal neighbourhoods.

The ripple of waves at sunset is so much more worthy than the ripple of gossip in rag mags    So nice for them to have an evening of solitude.

Thanks @happydays. I always enjoy listening to Nick talk. For anyone curious, there really isn't much about Vanessa except he does give the backstory behind both the grocery bag picture and the picture in the mall in Montreal where people were claiming she looked like she was upset with him. That starts at around 55:00 in the podcast.

Haha I enjoyed Nick's explanations of those pap pictures! It was obvious from those Montreal pics that Vanessa was so done with that pap.

I lost it when Adam was like, "Did he [Montreal paparazzi] photoshop grocery bags in her hands?"

I loved listening to him, even though I'm pretty sure I've heard the same answers from him before. I guess Nick can't help it if he gets asked similarly worded questions about the franchise, dealing with social media hate, etc. Selfishly, I wish the hosts asked some questions about Vanessa and their relationship, but the only one they asked was in regard to people on SM making assumptions about the status of their relationship. Then that got generalized into a whole thing about dealing with SM trolls.

Still, he's fairly protective and surprisingly level-headed about the show and the opportunities he garnered as a result of being on it, which is why it irks me when people say he's ungrateful. I like that he has a balanced view on all of it. He can point out the ridiculous aspects of it, while still defending the process as not being too far off from modern dating.

I also thought it was pretty funny how his art teacher in high school told him to quit sports and focus on art, and he chose to do the opposite. It makes me all the more curious to see Nick's artistic skills. I know we saw a bit with those Bob Ross paintings, but I'm curious to see how well he can recreate Disney cartoons.

@happydays thanks for posting the interview.  I've always really enjoyed listening to Nick
@crunchycheeto in one of V's vids there was an easel with a canvas in the room (just a glimpse). In an interview given during DWTS Nick mentioned V being a slightly better painter than he. Perhaps he still draws for recreation.

Nick posted a vid on IG of Kaia (at the Hernandez home) so they were or still are in WI. I didn't SC because it is just of the child

So much speculation at the time about what she was saying, like "Will you stay off the phone for 5 minutes" or "You seriously don't have a 20?" when in reality she said
"There is that f-ing paparazzi again!!!!".

One thing about that incident that did surprise me was Nick talking about them informing the police and that that was useless.  Who knew the paps in LA were less of a nuisance.

I think, because they're so common in LA, there are a lot of laws in place to protect the celebrities (especially if they're with their kids). I think Montreal cops just aren't used to it so they probably don't have protocols in place to deal with it. It was surprising though that the police was even hesitating to approach the guy to even simply ask him to stop taking pictures.
