I understand that the image is flipped, but not which finger the ring is on. It's on her middle finger and not on her ring finger. I'm just wondering if she may have lost weight and it is now a little too big and she needs to switch it to a bigger finger until she can get it resized.

Yeah it's Vanessa's right hand in the photo and not her engagement ring but a different ring from the looks of it on her right hand and probably a match with all the other bling which she looks amazing in  

ETA: Vanessa's engagement ring has two diamond baguettes on the side. The ring she has on her middle finger on her right hand looks like it has a split shank (so separation of the band on either side of the middle diamond).
