If you take a look at the pictures ABC just put up on the their site for the next episode (follow ReneeM's link above) you'll see a shot that pretty much confirms it is Peter with her.

After looking at the photos from their one on one, I'm starting to see what Rachel was referring to when she spoke about the way her fiance loves her. He really does look at her like she is the sun and she hung the moon. JMO It's turning me into sap and making me hopeful for my own future.
