Well, I was close, . I mentioned to continue sleuthing and look for a bracelet or something sentimental! It looks like the same ring, or very close between the market, and vid upthread. It looks like a small gold band.

I took a s/cap of the vid upthread but it's not showing. You can see it around the 10-11 mark.

It could even be one of those simple cute bands with an inscription inside which are commonly sold at markets.
