I mean he came off as a bit intense in the season but his devotion to kaitlyn was SO attractive/entertaining to watch

My opinion is that he will come off like Chris S. or Roberto. Someone who is cool, calm, collected, and ultimately, supportive. Just going off the Ellen appearance- he didn't feel the need to assert his masculinity and interject when Bryan was bragging that he had already kissed Rachel. I suspect that Peter had already kissed Rachel at that point because their 1-on-1 was before that, but while he looked jealous, he didn't kiss and tell. That, imo, speaks to a quiet confidence and self-assurance that Rachel could find very attractive.
