Both are dirty, sweaty and smelly and yet we could see that they are enjoying themselves. Both are so funny and don't take themselves seriously, i'm laughing when J&J raised their armpits . That's a lot of hardwork drilling and fencing the property and it's nice of Derek to help them. Jojo mentioned it's her first time to build a fence.

joelle_fletcher@crystylela location location location! Try and find the cheapest house(but with good potential) in a good/transitional neighborhood. Make sure to do your research on the house, set your budget, do your comps, and if you aren't familiar with construction- have a contractor walk through with you to gauge what type of work needs to be done in order to match what your overall goal would be! It's a lot of work but will very rewarding at the end! Xx
