@AllAboutLove That's how I feel about him. Not to mention him grabbing the mic and making a point that he kissed Rachel with the snark about sloppy seconds on Ellen. I just get a show off type vibe from him.

This is how I've felt about him all along. Maybe Rachel likes him or maybe he was just a MOT guy all along IMO. Guess I'll find out soon.

Yeah that really didn't sit well with me either the way he acted on Ellen. ITA he gives off a show off type of vibe and in a bad way. 

That said, I still think he is likely to be F1 though so all I am waiting to find out is whether he will be like Shawn B or like Josh M. 

For Rachel's sake I hope Bryan's more like Shawn (who I am no fan of) but rather Bryan be like Shawn than Josh because if he's like Josh it really won't end well, IMO.

I had no idea Bryan went to court for insurance fraud.

Abasolo was accused of insurance fraud in May 2016. Radar Online reports that Allstate Insurance sued him for submitting false medical records and bills. In addition, the suit states that he referred patients for MRIs without just cause. Just in the knick of time, Abasolo’s case was dismissed “with prejudice” in March 2017. Then he hopped a flight L.A. to start filming The Bachelorette. No big deal, right?

That is something I hope Rachel was told about. I really hope she does not choose him.

According to an article I read, He was not the only one sued. Allstate insurance filed a suit against several  practices including the one Bryan works for in Miami and they were all dismissed. It was not against him specifically.

Can I  just say i hate this gossip rags and their false/incomplete information. Whatever happened to facts. smh

I guess the article mentioned him alone since he's a contestant. Radar Online said it wasn't just him that was accused.

The lawsuit is actually against Brian Elias DCM, LLC which Bryan works in the Miami location. They have several locations, including pennsylvania where the case was filed.
All state sued the whole corporation and therefore all the doctors in the different locations were automatically involved in the lawsuit.

LOL as a nurse, I personally do not think the public is aware of how many sketchy things slide by the public. Drs are constantly ordering sketchy things. This is certainly not the first and won't be the last. Most of the time that I am being seleted for jury duty is for a malpractice case.
And then on the flip side, you get doctors, who for fear of mal practice will be so conservative won't prescribe/suggest things that could make life so much easier for their patients. God help us medicine is back in the dark ages.
