Yeah, me too. I think they looked really cute and fun together and her smile was huge with him. I think he'll be top 4 for sure. I'm starting to wonder about his fan fav/Bachelor potential too because he seems like such a cutey and full of charisma and personality. On the young side for sure, and I prefer Bachelors to be more in the 30s but hey, if he is adorable, fun, charismatic and nice I'd be in.

I'm very impressed with Dean's LinkedIn page (posted above). If people who dealt with him professionally describe him as "a positive person", and "a pleasure to work with", he could be a good partner in his personal life too.
I was thrown off by his age,too, but all it really means is that maybe he has less life experience than Rachel. Maybe. And if so, so what if he's overall a good match for Rachel?

I can see him getting a Michael Stagliano-type edit and be headed for BIP, but who knows? Yes, the age difference is a thing, but usually people in their late 20's/early 30's are in pretty similar places in life. There have been a few 'ettes that have picked guys who were younger than them (Kaitlyn, Trista to name two off the top of my head).

I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere but RS said that Rachel is currently on a HTD with Dean.

Right now? Where do you see that posted?

He comes off as very young.

Age is just a number, I've met some very immature people in their 40s and some very wise people who were 20. I don't know yet, but from what I see I'm very pro Dean and Rachel. I also can see him be the next Bach jmo.

Sorry, I'm not a Dean fan I might change my mind when I see him live on TV. To me he's very metrosexual and that's not my cup of tea. If that's Rachel thing more power to her.
