@Carine I totally agree with your post, re body language. For me from the little that we have, I like what I see between Eric and Rachel. They looked relaxed when they were talking at the cafe, and the night shot was pretty sweet IMHO.

110% agree with this statement   Yep I am over 100% intentionally to indicate how much I believe this is the case   I don't even know a lot of POCs that would do that to be honest. And TPTB IMO really don't care about how much flack Rachel catches if she brings all white guys to the F4, they know it will generate water cooler topics and that's what TPTB mostly cares about IMO.

I can see Eric as F3/F4 if he is not F1. Hopefully he won't be F2 though as I think that would be devastating for him, I really do. So I hope if he is not F1 that he is let go at F3 rather than F2. Because I worry Eric may be put in the F2 spot and picking out a ring and ready to propose only to be shot down. I know he won't be the first to have that happen to him but I honestly hope he isn't put in that spot. I dunno... I am just worried about it all for Eric's sake TBH. I went to like your post twice and couldn't figure out why it would not take.

I'm sure Eric's got great qualities so it wouldn't be a hardship to keep him. I also think he's really into her so that helps. Maybe she enjoys his presence and likes being around him, I don't think leads are always romantically into ALL their F4 but they've gotta take someone so they pick people they like as people. I don't think he's there JUST because he's black, but I definitely think whether consciously or subconsciously, it played a role. We've only got two pictures of their dates and in both, their body language is him fully engaged and her not so much. I'm not opposed to him as F1 but I just don't see it. All JMO.

Really? A black person being told to keep another black person in the mix just for the sake of optics and that black person agreeing to it is a step backwards in so many ways that I don't even want to get into. I am sorry that I am taking a hard line position but this is jmho and respect other opinions on this.

I get your POV I'm not mad, every discussion is good. I see no difference when the caucasian does it. All cannot agree on everything. IMHO

@Kashathediva It's understandable. It can be stressful around here and we tend to have brain fog once in awhile. We don't have sick benefits here, so we are stuck performing our duties even though we are at times



Tonight's the RC? We'll know soon enough Eric's fate. I think it's Dean that's leaving.

If it is Dean that goes, what does everyone think about Eric's placement?

I' rooting for him, but the epi dates that Bryan got still nag at me. But OTOH he just isn't someone I see Rachel with.

I think Dean is least matched for her.
Bryan appears to have that magical episode 5 marker. I like Eric for her best. I don't see the Peter appeal. I think that may have been the RS factor.

@GuardianAngel I think Dean goes tonight, and Eric F3. Bryan/Peter (even though I'm rooting for Peter) are interchangeable as F1 IMO.
