Well it has been said in past seasons that as the end nears Fleiss tends to give a veiled clue. So maybe by using historic"ness" he is implying the first has something to do with Va"ness"a.

I know all the hype makes me want something big and dramatic.  But I have a feeling, it'll be like normal... Big talk over basically nothing and will have most of us shaking our heads and rolling our eyes.

MF loves the hyperbole so I'm thinking it's nothing all that "historic" or exciting. We'll know soon enough thankfully. I can't wait to move on to the next season.

So not necessarily ATFR so I think it's during the epi.
I think this tweet is about the epi, that Vanessa will talk about something Nick already knows but viewers don't.
